The Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Council (MOVRC) is a West Virginia govenrment agency serving Calhoun, Jackson, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roan, Tyler, Wirt, and Wood counties in west-central West Virginia, also known as Region V.

Its Board of Directors, made up of county officials, oversees programs for economic development and public infrastructure improvement.

The goal is to maximize resources and secure federal assistance for local communities. The MOVRC is affiliated with the Appalachian Regional Commission and the U.S Department of Comerce/Economic Development Administration.
